Introducing a Community to a New Resource

When Whitman Walker Health opened a new state-of-the art health care facility in its Washington, D.C., neighborhood, Vanguard delivered spokesperson training services for key staff members so that they could talk about the vision and purpose of the new center. We helped staff prepare to discuss the focus on services — including primary, dental and mental health care, addictions counseling, and STD/STI testing — as well as the center’s goal to strengthen relationships with individuals, families, health care providers and policy makers.
